If you've ever found yourself wondering what to do in Luxembourg — whether it's a weekend, after work, or during a visit from friends — Supermiro has probably already been part of your search. With a user-friendly interface and a curated selection of suggestions, it helps you discover events, outings, good food, and interesting places across the country.
Rather than offering a generic list, Supermiro adapts its recommendations based on the day of the week, the time of your visit, and even the weather — highlighting indoor activities when it’s raining, and outdoor experiences when the sun is shining.
Founded in 2015, Supermiro was created to help people find things to do across Luxembourg and the nearby regions of France and Belgium. Whether you’re looking for a spontaneous after-work drink, a family walk, or a concert, the platform’s AI scans a wide range of listings and suggests options that are then curated by the Supermiro team.
In addition to the free app and listings, Supermiro also offers Supermiro Le Club, its B2B platform for corporate well-being and team-building. The platform features a broad catalogue of activities, which companies can organize together with Supermiro’s team. Employees of member companies also benefit from advantages such as discounts and early access to events and experiences.
We caught up with Mathilde, their Business Development Specialist (or as her official title goes, Chouchouteuse de clients en chef) to learn more about Supermiro and what brought the team to Foundry.
Q&A with Mathilde from Supermiro
Tell us a bit about Supermiro for those who haven’t used it yet.
At Supermiro, our goal is to help people make the most of their free time: discovering new spots, finding cool activities to do with the kids during the weekend, there is always something to do, no matter your center of interest. We also reference restaurant, bars, and good spots all year long.
And for Supermiro Le Club, our team negotiate privileges for our members, to make the most of their free time. We also work with team-leaders to organize great team moments for employees to disconnect to better reconnect.
How did you end up at Foundry — and what do you enjoy about being based here?
We were looking for an office close to the center, with a nice atmosphere, and we found it here!. What we appreciate about Foundry is the architecture of the building, the brightness of our office, the the calm of the garden, and the fact that we have our own office while still having access to shared spaces. It's more than just an office — it's also an event venue, which naturally aligns with our mission and work.
What’s the team culture like at Supermiro — any fun traditions or quirks?
One of our favourite team traditions is our Secret Santa — but with a twist. It’s not just a single-day exchange, but a three-week event that mixes Secret Santa with a treasure hunt. Team members hide small gifts or attentions around Foundry and leave clues for the recipient to find them. It reflects our spirit: playful, creative, and focused on doing things together. That sense of fun is part of our team culture, and being based at a place like Foundry, with its garden and event spaces, really helps make those moments possible.
